General Circuits, LLC (Irvine, CA), contracted designer and manufacturer of integrated circuits and printed circuit boards. Golden Gate Integrated Circuits hosts business initiatives at source side of a differentiated and niche integrated design-manufacture (IDM) concept and its resources, known as a Shared Infrastructure Manufacture Array. China JGroup Corporation Holdings, Limited (Hong Kong), IMEC USA actively consulted and JGroup in 2001, for technology and product sourcing fulfilling JGroup’s long-term China manufacturing industrial development. At point JGroup intended to acquire IMEC USA, LLC, but so far there was no business transactions and associations between the two companies.
